The storm
Often times we see storms as a bad omen. A hoover vacuum that rips away the goodness from the earth and heaves it around in a cluster. But storms also bring in the excitement. A wrecking of change that often starts out as intimidating and scary; shaking you to your core with each whip and crack of lighting but when it leaves, it can bring a build of community, of hope, of renewal. You see what you are shaken -much like a branch- the dead falls off. We do not plan for storms-correction- we are not supposed to plan for storms. That is what is beautiful. To know we have a savior who designates the storms to leave the goodness. To shake off the dust and bring in new beginnings.
