August Favorites

August has rushed up to meet us with a farewell kiss quicker than anticipated. It's shocking how autumn is close at our heels, playing with the leaves coats. As always, we love to do a mini round up at the end of the month sharing our favorites.

1. Moorea Seal's Make Yourself at Home. Some of us have been eyeing this new gem by the amazing Moorea for a while now. She has a few others the 52 List Project and the 52 Lists of Happiness. Along with those books she runs her own company and designs her jewelry line as well. We are loving them.

2. J. Hannah Nail Polish. This jewelry designer is beautifully creative with her work and designs, not to mention her amazing nail polish collection as well. All nail polishes are Seven Free, meaning no harsh chemicals are in these products. Also they are made in the USA. We are fawning over these beauties inspired by artists' palettes. 3. What Falls from the Sky by Esther Emery. This is a powerfully convicting book. It's about the author Esther's journey to living a year internet free. It's about more than just that journey, but the healing and new found discovery of herself and her relationship with Jesus. It's beautifully written and definitely has us pondering steps to limiting our social media binge.

4. High Rise Wide Leg Jeans by Gap. These have been in our arsenal of go to bottoms for this August month. They are a good transition piece as the weather has been actually cooler than normal. It's giving us a bit of a breather from our skinnies, and we are loving the high rise option on these bad boys.
