Slow and Flavorful Pork Tenderloin
In the month of August we at Lovely Magnified have been focusing on "the art of slow" and really embracing the blessing found within the slow. .
With the season of fall coming up, we figured we would try a slow cooker recipe that is so easy! What better way than a bit of savory dishes to tide that need to slow.
Delectable Maple Pork Tenderloin
What you need:
2lbs pork tenderloin
1/4 cup soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 table spoons of maple syrup
1 onion (diced)
1.5 tablespoons of garlic (minced)
Instructions
Prepare your crockpot by plugging it in. The pork tenderloin will cook on high for 6 hours. Place the tenderloin in your crock pot. In a bowl mix all other ingredients creating a brown marinade. Then pour into the crockpot coating the tenderloin. Rotate the pork tenderloin in the sauce before setting and walking away. At the end of six hours you will have a deliciously tender porkloin with stellar flavor.
You can pair this with fresh green beans sautéed with almonds, olive oil, and cranberries. Smashed garlic rosemary potatoes are also pretty dang tasty accompanying this dish.
